Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Loyola, California

Progressive
progressive has been a gem of acompany to work with, and lowers my premium on occassion. Thet have been a great company to work with and are always there to serve us.
Allstate
my premium is pretty much a tad cheaper than most other companies its why I am with them since I was overpaying at a different place
Mercury
MY COVERAGE FOR THIS COMPANY IS ABOUT $1,700 A YEAR CHEAPER THAN WHAT I HAD BEFORE. I HAD CAR INSURANCE WITH AAA AND I HAVE FOUND THAT THEY WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER AUTO QUOTES WHEN I WAS SHOPPING.
Liberty Mutual
I have compared my policy with others over the past 5 years, for a long time I was getting the better rate with my insurance compared to others, Now my policy is about 16 dollars more a month than what others are quoting me, But I do have accident forgiveness which would pay for the additional cost of my premium if I were in a wreck
Geico
My insurance is pretty typical of most companies. I got the bare minimum I could get to still have full coverage insurance as required since my car is still bank owned. I have a $5,000 deductible.
State Farm
I have not compared insurance companies in a very long time. The last time I looked, the cost of my coverage was a very little bit more expensive. However, it would have to save considerable money for me to lose the years I have invested in State Farm.
Geico
When price checked, the pricing for the multi-car has been the best value for the age and condition of both of my vehicles. Also, the rates reduce the longer I have the policy with no accidents
State Farm
My premium is lower than most other companies can offer. I took advantage of checking with Geico for example and they sent me away saying they could not give me a better rate.
Allstate
The premium is $1778 every 6 months. This is expensive but the car is 2017 Jaguar XJL that costs over $90K new. I am a longtime Allstate customer so I have not shopped with other companies but assume the cost is comparable. To change insurers would involve 2 other vehicles and the house
State Farm
The premium for my insurance was less than half of what I was paying through a name brand company before. I also get more coverage for less price and I'm able to group auto with home.
Geico
It covers damages and medical, it was cheaper than my last company.
Allstate
The deductible is low and coverage is flexible
Progressive
It has a reasonable price and easy to manage policy online
Mercury
THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST FOR SAME COVERAGE FOR MOST PLACES
Geico
Geico has an easy to access the website. They have 24-hour phone support and whenever I have called the operators are friendly and helpful. Our policy is reasonable in price and Geico offers a variety of payment options including changing the date a payment is due if we are having financial issues. They offer many different policy options and also have renters insurance (and other types too).
Geico
I like Geico. for the most part, they are good. anytime I have had an issue they have been very helpful. there have been some small issues but nothing that makes me want to change.
Geico
It is affordable and keeps me insured.
Esurance
they offer a policy that meets my budget compared to others
Esurance
The coverage they offer is similar but the price is a small percentage cheaper.
Allstate
My local All State office provides good customer service and comprehensive offerings. We also have our house with them and get discounts because of that. All-State is a major insurer and we get the stability they prove. I also assume that most major insurers provide similar features though I am a long time customer and have not done any comparison shopping in awhile
Progressive
they don't offer some things you hear about such as accident forgiveness
Progressive
It was the least expensive of all the companies I checked.
State Farm
I recently switched to a different agent because I had become very unhappy with the one I had. I am happier with the new one they work hard to help me out
State Farm
The few times that I've needed to do anything with them. They do it immediately and efficiently. They called me when I turned 25 to get my premium down from what it was. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
Progressive
I like the fact that they are always available by phone and always answer questions well. I have been a bit disappointed with the roadside assistance but haven't had to use it much
Geico
I can call 24 hours a day and speak with someone about my coverage but I do not have an office local that I can go sit down and speak with someone face to face.
Allstate
The insurance company is easily accessible. I can do an online chat with them if I want to make a claim, so I don't need to talk to anyone. Also, I can call their 24-hour hotline if I ever need assistance. They are always there for me.
Progressive
This company is very accessible - online, app, & phone
Mercury
THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE IS I HAD TO GO THROUGH AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT IS A BROKER AND THEY BROKERED MY POLICY TO MERCURY. WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM I HAVE TO CONTACT MY AGENT AND THEN MY AGENT HAS TO GO AND CONTACT THEM I DO NOT CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY
Geico
I love that I have 24/7 access to Geico. It really helps when I do not have time during the day to do things and have to do stuff in the evenings.
Geico
we can get in contact with Geico 24 hours a day. There are several different ways to contact them including email, phone, online chat, and snail mail. They also have an app for the phone. the people we have communicated with have always been friendly and helpful.
State Farm
I like that I have a physical office and a physical agent should I need assistance. I can also walk into their office with my insurance payment and have it posted on the spot so that I know my payment will not be late.
Metlife
They are very accessible. I have been able to get in touch with them every time I have had a question or needed assistance. If I ever need to report a claim or ask questions about my policy I am able to get in touch with them.
Geico
There are many ways to contact the company; email, chat or by phone. I have used all the different types of communication all have worked out well. Usual wait times and everyone was friendly.
Esurance
I can either call or use email to contact the company. They also have a website to access information about my account.
State Farm
the interaction has been excellent all the time. my car was destroyed in a flood. it was replaced within days
Progressive
I feel as if each interaction is more personable than any other places. I feel like the person on the phone actually cares about me and the issue that I have.
Liberty Mutual
Overall, it's a reputable company with competitive premiums. It's pretty good so far, and (fortunately) I have yet to actually need to use it. Could do away with rising premiums, but that happens with pretty much any insurance company.
Geico
They are friendly and helpful. They are honest. They have been affordable for most of the time I've used them.
Allstate
Overall, All-State is a great company. I would recommend anyone to use it. Farmer's may be the premier insurance company, but I have found that All State can do everything that Farmer's does, but at a cheaper price. I love my agent and I would recommend him to anyone.
State Farm
They have a very good response time, they are for the most part friendly and they work with me when I need them too. They have an easy claims process and paying my bill is very east as well
Allstate
its a good value for the money that I pay, thankfully I have not needed anything too serious. it gives me an affordable option
Mercury
I LIKE THE CHEAP PREMIUM CONSIDERING I HAVE THREE CARS INSURED AND IT WAS VERY EASY SIGNING UP AND MAKING THE PAYMENTS
Geico
Overall, this company ensures the drivers that coverage is immediate upon payment. You have on-call roadside assistance when needed. Customer service is very nice and willing to help at all times.
Esurance
I like the communication options and the price of the policy. There are no negatives that I can see.
Geico
I like the options they offer and what they provide in terms of service and discounts. I am happy with my insurance provider.
Progressive
I like their pricing and I like that I am always able to reach customer service to ask questions or make policy changes.
Progressive
The roadside assistance is slow or in one case nonexistent and cost of hours of waiting until the local sheriff came by to help. otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about the company
Geico
Premiums keep rising even though I have never filed a claim.
Progressive
I would have to say the only thing I don't really love about the company is the cost of the insurance. It is a little higher than I would like to be paying but most car insurance in the state is. There isn't much I can do about that.
State Farm
I would love to have a lower insurance rate, of course. The option to see different options if we wanted to easily on the app would be a nice thing to have as well.
Geico
Their telephone line makes it difficult to get through to a live human representative. It should be made easier.
Mercury
THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE OVERALL IS THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH A BROKER AND MY AGENT CANNOT MAKE CHANGES RIGHT AWAY THEY HAVE TO BE APPROVED SO IT CAN TAKE A FEW DAYS TO GET THAT DONE
Esurance
I dislike that when my coverage renews they do not send me a new card in the mail so I have to print it
Allstate
They don't want to pay out on claims. If you break your back in an accident you should be able to get full payout. They don't even want to pay us what is medical bills have cost.
Geico
They are a big company it is easy to fall through the cracks; you are just another number it is impersonal
